These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Pepsitogel ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the pepsitogel website located at https://pepsitogel.cam and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing any page of this Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their content, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

Pepsitogel operates as an English-language online gaming platform serving players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. All financial transactions on this Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless expressly stated otherwise. References to currency in these Terms shall default to MYR unless specified.

Pepsitogel reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We encourage all users to review these Terms periodically.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" — the personal user account created by a User upon successful registration on the Pepsitogel Platform.
• "Balance" — the total MYR funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonus funds, less amounts wagered and withdrawn.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits granted by Pepsitogel to a User's Account, subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods as set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• "Eligible Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• "Game Rules" — the specific rules governing each game or betting product offered on the Platform, accessible within the relevant game interface or help documentation.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring Users to submit identity and address documentation for the purposes of regulatory compliance and fraud prevention.
• "Platform" — the Pepsitogel website, mobile site, and all associated services, games, software, and content accessible via https://pepsitogel.cam.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by a User via approved payment methods, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a User must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region in which accessing, using, or operating online gaming services is prohibited by applicable local law.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Pepsitogel strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to immediately suspend or close any Account where age eligibility cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
2. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You must not be resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether created under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all funds held across such accounts.
5. Own Account: You must register and operate the Account in your own name, on your own behalf, and using your own funds. Accounts registered on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
6. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, voluntary exclusion, or regulatory exclusion order that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Pepsitogel will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify Pepsitogel immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. Please note that this email address is for text-based communication only and should not be used as a clickable link.

KYC Verification: Prior to making any withdrawal, and at any point at our sole discretion, Pepsitogel may require you to complete KYC verification. This process requires submission of a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, driver's licence, or passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months), and a live selfie holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC verification to Pepsitogel's satisfaction may result in restriction of withdrawal privileges.

Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, Pepsitogel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party;
• Access the Platform via automated means, scripts, bots, crawlers, or similar tools;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." While Pepsitogel endeavours to maintain consistent service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. Pepsitogel is not liable for losses arising from Platform downtime, connection failures, or technical errors outside our reasonable control.

Accepted Payment Methods: Pepsitogel supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, and Hong Leong Connect. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Verified Accounts: typically within 30 minutes to 2 business hours during operational hours;
• Unverified Accounts: withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

Currency: All Account balances, transactions, and displayed figures are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Pepsitogel does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. For cryptocurrency transactions, applicable conversion rates at the time of processing shall apply.

Pepsitogel may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, and other incentives to registered Users. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each User is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type — for example, the 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount;
• Bonuses may only be used on the specific game types or markets stipulated in the promotion terms. Use of bonus funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements;
• Pepsitogel reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings in cases of suspected abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms;
• Bonus validity periods are specified per promotion. Expired, uncompleted bonuses are automatically forfeited;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

Each game and betting product on the Platform is governed by its specific Game Rules, accessible within the relevant game interface. In the event of any conflict between the Game Rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail, except where the Game Rules specifically address a matter not covered by this Agreement.

Sportsbook: All sports bets are subject to the applicable sportsbook terms. Markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and competition. Pepsitogel reserves the right to suspend, void, or re-settle markets in cases of obvious pricing errors, late score changes, or confirmed match-fixing referrals.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studio facilities. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game system record and will be final. Claims based on client-side connection issues will not be accepted.

Technical Errors: In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or data feed failure that results in an obviously incorrect outcome, Pepsitogel reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant Accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity information; or engaging in any form of financial deception;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-accounting, chip dumping, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds connected with criminal proceeds;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including in poker or live dealer games;
• Technical Exploitation: Using software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider after funds have been used on the Platform;
• Underage Access: Accessing or using the Platform while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by minors;
• Account Sharing: Sharing Account credentials with or allowing access by third parties.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Pepsitogel brand name, logo, trademarks, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the exclusive property of Pepsitogel or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

No content may be reproduced, republished, distributed, displayed, or transmitted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of Pepsitogel. The limited licence granted under Section 5 of this Agreement does not convey any intellectual property rights to you.

Any feedback, suggestions, or communications you submit to Pepsitogel regarding the Platform may be used by us freely for any purpose without obligation or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pepsitogel, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect;
• Any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any loss arising from service interruptions, Platform downtime, or technical failures outside Pepsitogel's reasonable control;
• Any decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses incurred as a result of problem gambling or irresponsible use of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Pepsitogel is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a source of income or financial relief. We strongly encourage all Users to gamble within their means.

Player Protection Tools: Pepsitogel provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive pop-up notifications at specified intervals to monitor time spent on the Platform;
• Reality Checks: View your net session profit or loss at any point during an active session;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary suspension (7 days to 6 months) or permanent closure of your Account at any time, with no questions asked.

21+ Age Policy: Pepsitogel strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. We reserve the right to suspend any Account and conduct age verification checks at any time.

Pepsitogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any funds therein, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal relating to funds used on the Platform;
• A court order or regulatory direction requiring us to do so;
• Account inactivity — Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administrative fee of MYR 20, not exceeding the Account balance.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

Pepsitogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Users of material changes via email to the address on record, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.

Amendments required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or to correct typographical errors may take immediate effect without prior notice.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved through the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as applicable.

Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint about the Platform or any of our services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat or at [email protected] (plain text contact only — this address should not be used as a clickable email link). We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter in writing to our designated complaints officer. All escalated complaints will be reviewed by a senior member of our team within 10 business days.
